“I truly enjoyed the materials, Your Personal Mission Statement Action Plan, Retirement Readiness Wheel, and the Retirement Wellness Workbooks. These guided our coaching conversations. There’s an emotional side to retirement that needs to be discussed. Figuring out who I am, what I like, and how to build a sustainable plan was an amazing process.
Rhonda is a phenomenal coach and I’ve truly enjoyed and found our time together most productive. She helped me create my own plan for approaching retirement based on what I’m about. I value the time I spent with Rhonda.”

“It never really occurred to me to plan my time and create goals for myself in retirement. It was fun and eye opening to think of things in a new way. I am more confident in my retirement plan. Rhonda was wonderful. She guided me to thoughts and then let me go. She was thoughtful and engaging. I am happy I had this experience.“

“While working full time as a hair stylist I attended Franklin University part-time where I earned a BS in Business Administration and a BS in Marketing and a Minor in Management. I began coaching with Rhonda during this time when I was unsure of my career direction. I had very little focus other than knowing that I wanted to use my experience as a hair stylist along with my education to open more doors for me professionally.
During my coaching sessions with Rhonda I acquired many skills that I was able to apply to both my professional and personal life. I was able to set clear and concise goals along with a realistic path to achieve them. I have a stronger sense of self along with more confidence in problem solving and improved communication skills.
I continue to work as a hair stylist. However, I have now owned a small salon for about three years. I attribute the success of my business as a reflection of the skills I developed through coaching and the solid path that led to the completion of my education and a career I enjoy very much.”
